Dear Diary, This week has been quite an adventure! It all started on Monday when I woke up early to get ready for my school trip to the science museum. I was excited because I love learning about space and planets. At school, we boarded the bus at 8:00 AM, and I sat next to my friend Lily. She was telling me about her weekend plans, but I couldn’t wait to see the exhibits. When we arrived, the museum was buzzing with activity. Our guide, Mr. Carter, led us through the different sections. First, we visited the planetarium, where we watched a fascinating show about the solar system. I learned that Jupiter is the biggest planet and has a giant storm called the Great Red Spot. It was so cool! After that, we explored the space exhibit, which had real moon rocks and models of rockets. I was amazed by the size of the Saturn V rocket. Later, we went to the interactive science section, where I built a small robot using a kit. It wasn’t perfect, but I was proud of my work. On Tuesday, I had a math test, which I thought went pretty well. I studied hard the night before, and I hope I did okay. Wednesday was a busy day with soccer practice after school. We are preparing for the upcoming tournament, and I scored a goal in the last game! Thursday was a rainy day, so I stayed inside and read a new book about pirates. I love adventure stories, and this one was full of treasure chests and secret maps. On Friday, I helped my mom bake cookies, and we made chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies. They turned out delicious! Overall, this week was full of fun and learning. I can’t wait for the weekend to relax and maybe go to the park. I hope next week is just as exciting! Yours truly, Alex
