Reading Passage from Much Ado About Nothing
BEATRICE: I pray you, is Signior Montanto returned from the wars or no?
LEONATO: I know none of that name, lady: there was none such in the army of her opinion that was in the battle of Agincourt.
BEATRICE: What is he that you ask for, niece?
LEONATO: My cousin means Signior Benedick of Padua.
BEATRICE: O, he's returned, and as pleasant as ever he was.
LEONATO: He is in love with Beatrice.
BEATRICE: What, a man loves the meat in his youth that a man loves in his age?
LEONATO: Tush, tush, he is now as valiant as Hercules that only tells a lie and swears it.
BEATRICE: I will be horribly in love with her.
LEONATO: Well, if ever thou dost fall from this faith, thou wilt be full of envy of me.
BEATRICE: I will not be so hard for truly I love nobody.
LEONATO: Peace, I will stop your mouth.
BEATRICE: Why then, your visor is always up.
LEONATO: Nay, I will hold my peace till you have such a man to go out withal.
BEATRICE: Not till I have your recommendations.
LEONATO: Why, then, God forgive me.
BEATRICE: Tush, I will be revenged on mine enemy.
LEONATO: You have staying for me, an hour and a quarter.
BEATRICE: Hear me, my lord.
LEONATO: I will sit in to your daughter’s wedding.
BEATRICE: I will not hear of her.
LEONATO: Come, come, let us be friends.
BEATRICE: You are a villain; I should have called you so five minutes ago.
LEONATO: Why, then, go to, converse with the prince and the count. I will stay at home and watch your daughter.
BEATRICE: You are a villain; I will not be silent.
LEONATO: You have stay for me, an hour and a quarter.
