2. Subscription & Payment

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We use Stripe as our payment processor. Your payment information is securely processed and stored by Stripe in accordance with industry standards.

Free trial periods, if offered, will be specified at signup. At the end of your trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues that severely impact service usage and cannot be resolved within 7 days
• Accidental subscription renewals if requested within 3 days of the charge
• Double-billing or other billing errors

Refunds are not provided for:

• Partial billing periods after cancellation
• Service dissatisfaction after the first 14 days of a new subscription
• Features or content unavailable in your region or due to compatibility issues

4. Fair Use Policy

To ensure a high-quality experience for all users, we operate a fair use policy for worksheet generation:

• "Unlimited* worksheet generation" means you may generate up to 400 worksheets per month as part of normal use.
• Users who exceed 400 worksheets in a month may be subject to review and may experience temporary limits or be asked to contact support for continued access.
• Extreme or automated usage (e.g., bots, scripts, or sharing accounts) is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• We reserve the right to adjust these limits or review accounts at our discretion to prevent abuse and ensure service quality.

5. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of content you create. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service.

We do not claim ownership over your content, but we need certain rights to provide our services. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of operating and improving our services.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We recommend using strong passwords and updating them regularly.

7. Intellectual Property

Our platform, including its design, logos, software, and content created by us, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our content without explicit permission.

Educational worksheets and materials you generate using our platform may be used in your classroom or educational setting. However, redistributing or reselling these materials in bulk is prohibited without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We may also limit certain features or restrict access to parts of the service without notice or liability.

For significant changes that impact core functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance through email or notices on our platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
